With so many shift-based, frontline workers undertaking physically, emotionally and mentally demanding roles, prevention and management of burnout and other mental health issues must be a top priority for employers. Aside from being a legal requirement – as seen by recent changes to psychosocial regulations – providing a mentally healthy workplace can also benefit the bottom line. In this webinar, you’ll discover more about:

  • The impact of work on psychological health – especially for those working irregular or anti-social hours, or are based far from HR and organisational support

  • Why prevention is always better than a cure: identifying and managing hazards and risks to workers’ psychological health and safety, and building a culture of care

  • The most effective ways to assist frontline workers with awareness training, self-care tips and resilience training

  • Practical advice on how to support managers of frontline workers
