With the workforce and the world at large enduring countless hardships over the past four years, it's never been more critical to support the physical, mental and financial wellbeing of your employees.

This is especially the case with frontline work environments where burnout and financial hardships are sadly all too common. However, just like any other area of HR, it's important to ensure those investments are having a genuine, measurable impact. This webinar will cover:

  • Why offering wellbeing benefits can help your employees as much as it helps your business - and how to position these benefits as a core component of your EVP

  • How to build a business case that articulates the potential gains to be made and aligns to your business strategy and culture

  • The metrics that should be used to track wellbeing program awareness, employee impact and organisational impact

  • Tips for sustaining the excitement - and use of - employee benefits over time
