Harmony Day (21st March) is a powerful reminder that while steady progress has been made, there's still a long way to go until a satisfactory level of intersectional equity is reached in frontline workplaces due to racial, cultural and gender marginalisation.

Even in industries that are traditionally female-dominated, roadblocks remain in place, including seemingly insurmountable pay gaps, a lack of adequate professional development, and lower promotional rates. In this webinar, we present practical tips to improve your DEI outcomes by using an intersectional diversity lens.

Discover more about:

  • The challenges - and opportunities - presented by gender pay gap reporting

  • 'What you see matters': The impact that representative leadership can have on retention and succession planning, with suggested steps on how to make it happen in your organisation

  • Ensuring your DEI are not just about activities and initiatives, but also outcomes - by tracking what's actually changing
