Webinar On Demand: Why Financial Wellbeing Makes Good Business Sense

Share

The skyrocketing cost of living is putting pressure on many workers, but it's often those in low pay, highly casualised, shift-based workforces who are hardest hit. 46% of us are now living paycheck to paycheck and 72% of us say they worry about their finances every day.

How can employers help - and why should they care?

Join us for our next webinar on Thursday 18th May at 12-1 pm AEST | 2-3 pm NZST where we reveal the far-reaching impact of financial leadership, not just on workers but also the organisations that employ them. Plus, we'll provide tips on how to support your employees with financial wellbeing benefits that make a genuine difference. You'll discover:

  • The current state of play - what the impact of financial stress is, how employers are responding, and where the disconnects are occurring

  • What employers can do to best support their deskless workers, including the benefits that get cut through

  • How to build a business case for a financial wellbeing benefits program and how to access its impact once implemented
